Better now

Many thanks to everybody who left friendly messages on my last post; you guys went a long way towards cheering me up, and reminded me that there are upsides to interacting with other human beings. The issues I was ranting about still aren't resolved, but I've mostly recovered both my equanimity and my sense of humor about it all. (Let's hear it for subsiding hormones, too.) This has been an absurdly long week, and it really feels like Monday was a year or two ago, but it's very nearly the weekend. Boy howdy do I need it.
