baby wombat!

Am trying to get work done, and succeeding sometimes, but it's hard so I'm also checking email and whatnot more often than I really should, and D found the cutest picture ever, here.

As for me, I'm well into revising a pivotal chapter from the first part of my book, and I think I'm making good progress but it's the first piece I'm rewriting so I have this vertigo feeling of looking at an immense landscape that's all in flux, like every piece of it is weirdly and to varying degrees in motion. I think once I get one or two chapters reworked, I'll have established a few still points in that landscape so it won't be so dizzying to look upon, but until that, it's making me kind of queasy.

Much easier to look at the baby wombat.
